Customization
One of the primary features of the Tracker software is the ability to customize the entire interface of the application. With other systems, you might be required to fit your needs to the system. System customization allows you to modify the properties of any field in the system or to create an unlimited number of additional custom fields. Our competitors' software packages allow a couple of custom fields while Tracker gives you the ability to create 1,000 custom fields if it fit your needs.
